27 luxury single family floating houses will be located in the lake in Lent. Balance d’eau has developed 4 types of houses: Aqua 3, Aqua 8, Aqua 9 en Aqua 10. The floating houses are settled on concrete hulls. Bartels & Vedder made the calculations for the stability and draught of the 4 types of houses and the corresponding design of the mooring poles and the brackets.
